TKP İstanbul Provincial Chairman Aydemir Güler, TKP Istanbul metropolitan mayoral candidate Zehra Güner Karaoğlu, TKP Ataşehir mayoral candidate Fide Lale Durak Yılmaz and TKP Kocaeli mayoral candidate Mustafa Tozkoparan visited Flormar workers on the 296th day of their resistance.

TKP delegation talked and listened to the workers. TKP İstanbul metropolitan mayoral candidate Zehra Güner Karaoğlu underlined that the workers were deprived of trade union rights because they were not organized. Emphasizing that the examples of resistance and struggle should be increased, Karaoğlu invited the workers to be organized in TKP and to participate in the rally organized by TKP in Kartal on March, 10.

The 296-days-long resistance of Flormar workers who were fired because of being unionized in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone continues despite the bosses’ trials to break down the workers' resistance by putting up some unlawful and impertinent bans.
