Clashes between Turkish and Syrian armies in rural Ras al-Ayn: SANA

According to the Syrian official news agency SANA, the Turkish Armed Forces have clashed with the Syrian army in the countryside of Ras al-Ayn.

It was reported yesterday that a conflict between the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and the Syrian army took place and 18 soldiers of the Syrian were allegedly taken hostage by the FSA.

Syrian state television announced that there were fierce clashes between the Syrian army and the Turkish army in the village of Tal-Vard in the north of Tal Tamr.

SANA also said that the Turkish army and jihadists launched a large-scale attack with artillery support to the neighborhoods in the Abu Rasin region in the countryside east of Ras al-Ayn. 

 6 soldiers from the Syrian army were killed by the artillery fire of the Turkish army on Wednesday.
