According to Syria's news agency SANA, at least 9 civilians were killed and 16 civilians were injured in the artillery attack on the town of Tel Rifaat in the northern part of Aleppo by Turkey-backed jihadist groups.
The attack targeted Tel Rifaat controlled by Syrian government forces and YPG and came from the region controlled by Turkey. It was reported that the attack was made when students were leaving schools and the number of children who lost their lives could increase.
