Turkey's parliament, which is dominated by President Recep Tayyip ruling-party members, has rejected an opposition motion for an inquiry into allegations that Erdogan's family members have evaded taxes by transferring millions of dollars to off-shore accounts.
The main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu on Tuesday revealed that Erdoğan's family made transactions worth around $15 million to an off-shore company called Bellway Limited in the tax haven Isle of Man in December 2011 and January 2012.
