State-run Anadolu news agency (AA) and the Supreme Election Board (YSK) announced the referendum results as the ‘Yes’ votes are ahead with a ratio of 51.3%, although there are still hundreds of ballot boxes pending for delivery to the Supreme Election Board by the polling clerks in several districts of İstanbul, one of which is Kadıköy where the opposition is predominant.
The citizens protest the misleading statements by Anadolu Agency and the Supreme Election Board, as well as the questionable results.
