The issue of inviting Kurds to the Syria national dialogue congress will be discussed at the trilateral Russia-Iran-Turkey summit on Wednesday in the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi, the possible date of the congress has not been determined yet, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said Monday.
"No, it has not been defined," Ushakov told reporters when asked about the congress date.
Speaking about the possible participation of Kurds, the Russian presidential aide said this was likely to be discussed at a meeting of the leaders of Russia, Iran and Turkey.
"All this will be discussed," he said.
Military officials will be represented in delegations of the Russian, Iranian and Turkish leaders Ushakov also said.
"[They] will be [represented]," Ushakov said in response to a relevant question.
