In Aydın, a province of Turkey’s Aegean region, the publicity and distribution of 65th issue of the weekly political magazine of the Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) Boyun Eğme, was illegally banned by the Governorate due to its motto, "Not Enough but No!", referring the stance of the party for the constitutional referendum in Turkey.

The political power in Turkey does not decelerate its attacks on the "No!" campaigns for the constitutional referendum through illegal, arbitrary and unjustified prohibitions.

The Aydın Governorate, without any legal justification, banned the publication and distribution of 65th issue of the weekly political magazine.

In the official response to the petition submitted by the local executives of the Communist Party of Turkey, the Aydın Governorate did not give any legal justification regarding the prohibition.
