The Federation of the Caucasian Associations also hold a press release mentioning:
"The residence permit of 'The Fully Autorized Representative of Turkey in Abkhasia' İnar Gitsba was cancelled on January 31 by a declaration. It is not possible to understand and accept the unjustifiable cancellation of Dear Gitsba's residence permit, who has been in charge since the July of 2014. This decision may affect Turkish-Abkhasian relations and most importantly the people who are working and intending to carry on the good relations with their relatives in Abkhasia, negatively. Our concerns are transmitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey."
